When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to share. When you subscribe to receive essays and updates, we collect your email address only.
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a consultation. Email addresses collected through the newsletter subscription are used to send future essays and updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which stores form data on our behalf. Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Formspree. Both services maintain their own privacy policies governing data storage and security.
We retain inquiry and contact information only as long as necessary to respond and maintain relevant business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
All clinical and coaching communications are held to strict professional confidentiality standards in accordance with applicable ethical and legal obligations.
