I'm a Florida + New York licensed psychologist and high-performance consultant. I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a concentration in psychodynamic psychotherapy, specializing in the treatment of trauma and dissociation, narcissistic and borderline personality disorders, and relationship difficulties.

My clinical experience has entailed treating patients with a wide range of difficulties in inpatient and outpatient settings, including private practice, diverse community mental health centers, and training at Jackson Health System/University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

I have worked with high-performers and high-profile individuals worldwide, including professional athletes in the NFL and NBA, C-suite executives, academics, medical professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives to improve performance, leadership, relationships, and wellbeing.

As the founder of Architecture of Excellence™, my consulting, educational, and executive coaching services focus on performance optimization rather than clinical treatment.

Being a former athlete on an international and collegiate level, I have integrated my personal experiences with my clinical background to inform my work. Having lived in Miami, New York City, Austria, and Portugal, I bring a global and multicultural perspective.
