I offer a concierge-style approach to psychotherapy for those seeking highly personalized, flexible, and discreet psychological care. While I work with a range of concerns, my areas of specialty include trauma, relationship difficulties, and personal development.

I specialize in working with high-performers and high-profile individuals, including executives, entrepreneurs, creatives, and professional athletes, who often navigate complex inner lives alongside demanding professional responsibilities. My work goes beyond symptom management, supporting long-lasting transformation and overall wellbeing.

To provide the highest level of care, I intentionally maintain a limited caseload. This allows my to offer my clients dedicated time, flexible scheduling, and seamless coordination with other providers when needed.

Clients may engage in therapy through either a retainer-based concierge arrangement or on a fee-for-service basis, depending on their needs and preferences. Concierge care offers greater flexibility and access.

This model is best suited for individuals who value discretion, depth, and a therapeutic relationship that can adapt to the realities of a high-demand life. I provide all clients with my direct contact information, including text, phone, and email.

Virtual therapy designed to fit your life and schedule—sessions that meet you where you are.

  • 50-minute session: $275

    90-minute session: $400

    Designed to address your unique story and specific goals, we will explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify the cycles you feel stuck in, and help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

    For your initial session, we will meet for 60-minutes to establish an understanding of who you are, your past and present, current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This initial meeting is also an opportunity to determine goodness of fit between us.

    Therapy sessions are typically held on a weekly basis, though frequency will be determined collaboratively based on your individual needs and desires. For various reasons, some may benefit from deeper, more intensive treatment where sessions take place multiple times per week.

    I generally do not recommend meeting less than once per week, as infrequent sessions make it more difficult to facilitate change and experience notable improvements. While standard therapy sessions are 50-minutes in length, extended sessions may be preferable and can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

  • 50-minute session: $325

    90-minute session: $450

    Understanding that every relationship comes with its unique challenges, my approach focuses on your current issues while also promoting long-term relational growth and greater intimacy.

    We will begin with a comprehensive initial evaluation, designed to help me understand your relationship dynamic and determine the most effective path forward. This process consists of:

    • One 60-minute joint session, followed by

    • Two individual 60-minute sessions

    These sessions ideally take place within the same week so that we can identify patterns, clarify goals, and establish a therapeutic direction.

    Following the initial evaluation, couples typically meet with me weekly for 50-minute sessions. Extended sessions (90-minutes) or intensives may also be arranged for those seeking more support or accelerated progress.

    I draw from a variety of approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), to help couples and families understand their patterns, communicate more effectively, and build a stronger, more connected relationship.

  • A high-touch, flexible level of support with expanded access and deeper continuity of care.

    Concierge therapy is a monthly, subscription-based service designed for those who want a more flexible and exclusive therapeutic experience. This offering provides a higher level of access and availability than standard therapy, allowing us to work at greater depth and with more attunement to the realities of your life, schedule, and emotional needs.

    As a concierge client, you receive:

    • Priority scheduling — including early mornings and weekends
    Your sessions are scheduled with maximum flexibility to fit your lifestyle.

    • Sessions that don’t end “at the clock”
    While standard therapy ends at 50 minutes, concierge sessions include built-in flexibility. If we are processing something important or in the midst of meaningful work, we extend the session as needed without interruption.

    • Reserved second weekly slot
    To accommodate your busy or unpredictable schedule, a second session time is held for you each week. Even if you do not need it every week, the time remains available should additional scheduling needs arise.

    • Access between sessions
    You may reach out between sessions for brief check-ins via phone or text.

    • Limited caseload
    Concierge therapy is offered to a very small number of clients at a time to ensure a high level of availability, presence, and responsiveness.

    This level of care is ideal for:

    • High performers with unpredictable or demanding schedules

    • Individuals or couples looking for deeper emotional access and continuity

    • Clients navigating a crisis or major transition

    • People who value privacy, flexibility, and a more exclusive experience

    Concierge therapy is offered on a flat-fee, monthly subscription basis and includes both individual and couples options. A 3-month minimum commitment is required.

  • Therapy intensives offer a more focused and transformative experience than standard weekly sessions. Designed for individuals and couples seeking greater depth or momentum, intensives allow us to work for extended periods in a contained way.

    An intensive may be helpful if you are experiencing:

    • A significant life transition

    • An interpersonal crisis

    • Trauma that feels difficult to approach in shorter sessions

    • Feeling stuck in ongoing patterns

    • A desire for accelerated personal or relational growth

    • A schedule that makes weekly therapy challenging

    Intensives can take place as:

    • Extended 90-minute or 2-hour sessions

    • Full-day (4–5 hour) intensives with breaks

    Intensives are available for both individuals and couples and are tailored to your goals. They can be scheduled as standalone experiences or integrated into ongoing therapy.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is relational psychoanalytic and founded on the premise that healing occurs within the context of a safe and consistent relationship that allows for the exploration and expression of your true self.

I believe that the therapeutic process offers the opportunity to become more truthful with ourselves and others, and to gain a better understanding of the repetitive thoughts, feelings, and patterns that prevent us from living a healthier, more successful and fulfilled life.

While my practice has emphasized trauma, relationship issues, and personal growth, I work with individuals and couples navigating a range of concerns. These include: borderline and narcissistic personality styles, addiction, anxiety, depression, divorce, and life transitions.

I take a holistic and individualized approach, recognizing that each person is shaped by their unique history and experiences. Yet, my way of working remains the same regardless of the presenting problem: insight-oriented and committed to creating long-lasting transformation.

  • I work mainly with high-performing individuals who are navigating personal or professional transitions, relationship issues, leadership challenges, or those who simply have a desire for deeper fulfillment and want to work toward actualizing their maximum potential. This includes executives, entrepreneurs, creatives, founders, athletes, and leaders operating in high-stakes environments.

    However, I work well with all kinds of individuals who are willing to explore their inner world and ready to take responsibility for their growth. My approach is best suited for those who are willing to be honest with themselves and explore their patterns, even if it’s uncomfortable at times.

  • At this time, I am private pay only. However, I can provide a monthly invoice (Superbill) for you to submit to your insurance provider if you have out-of-network benefits. Please note that reimbursement varies based on your plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to determine your specific coverage.

  • I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who are unable to afford my full fee. Reduced rates are determined based on financial need and availability. If you would like to be considered, please reach out to discuss your circumstances.

  • I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session fee to the card on file. If scheduling permits, you may be able to reschedule free of charge within the same week.

  • Therapy is highly individualized. Some clients work short-term around specific goals, while others engage in longer-term, deeper exploration. Due to the nature of my work and my depth-oriented approach, I tend to work with clients in the long-term. We will discuss your needs and pace together.

  • Therapy is an investment in yourself—in your emotional well-being, relationships, success, and long-term quality of life. Meaningful change requires time, consistency, and a willingness to explore your inner world with honesty. The work we do together is designed to support lasting transformation, and the investment you make reflects the depth and intention of that process.

  • My practice is fully virtual at this time. Sessions are held via Zoom.

  • I offer non-clinical individual and relationship coaching for clients worldwide.

    My personalized coaching services are designed to empower you to cultivate self-awareness, enhance your emotional intelligence, and build stronger, more meaningful connections.

    I also support couples, families, or business partners in developing more satisfying relational patterns, communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, or seeking to enhance intimacy.

    Coaching is not therapy. It is a non-clinical process focused on your goals and personal development, rather than addressing diagnosable mental health conditions.

    If at any point therapeutic support is needed, I will assist with referrals to the appropriate professionals.
