Licensed Psychologist · Executive Coach · Consultant
I’m a licensed psychologist in Florida and New York, executive coach, and organizational consultant specializing in working with high-performing individuals and organizations.
Across settings, my work is grounded in understanding the person or systems behind the performance. I help individuals and organizations examine the psychological, relational, and organizational dynamics that shape how people lead, perform, navigate relationships, and respond to pressure and change.
Whether in psychotherapy, coaching, or consulting, I bring a psychoanalytic perspective to understanding what lies beneath the surface—from the internal patterns that shape an individual's life and relationships to the human dynamics that influence leadership, organizational culture, and high performance.

To me, good psychotherapy is a form of art. While my way of working is informed by many years of education, training, and clinical experience, it also has an intuitive component—what happens within and between people, in my experience, often transcends ordinary logic or understanding.
My approach is relational psychoanalytic, which means that I make use of what takes place between me and my clients to better understand how they relate to other people in their lives—what goes well, and where they may inadvertently create or replay painful dynamics.
I believe meaningful growth begins with a deeper understanding of ourselves: the experiences that have shaped us, our patterns, the ways we relate to ourselves and others, and the unconscious forces that influence how we see and navigate the world.
I take a holistic perspective that sees and treats the person as an interconnected being—including mind, body, spirit, and the broader systems in which we live and work. Understanding what gets in our way is important, but so is recognizing the strengths, possibilities, and meaning within our stories.
