Across settings, my work is grounded in understanding the person or systems behind the performance. I help individuals and organizations examine the psychological, relational, and organizational dynamics that shape how people lead, perform, and navigate relationships.
I bring a psychoanalytic perspective to understanding what lies beneath the surface—from the internal patterns that shape an individual's life and relationships to the human dynamics that influence leadership, organizational culture, and high performance.

Every person operates within an ecosystem of relationships, expectations, roles, culture, history, and institutional structures. These systems can bring out our greatest capacities or interfere with them.
My work examines both the individual and the ecosystem around them. I draw on psychoanalytic and systems thinking and organizational behavior to understand the dynamics that shape how people lead, perform, and collaborate.
I am interested not simply in solving the presenting problem, but in understanding what lies beneath it and the conditions that shape it, as well as the conditions required for meaningful change.
