Alongside my clinical practice, I am the founder of Architecture of Excellence™, offering organizational consulting, education, leadership advisory, and executive coaching for high-performing individuals, teams, and organizations worldwide. Architecture of Excellence is grounded in the understanding that there is often more to organizational behavior than meets the eye.
Drawing on psychoanalytic ideas alongside principles of organizational behavior and high performance, my approach examines both individual and systemic factors that influence how people function at work: from leadership and personality dynamics to communication, conflict, organizational culture, and the quality of relationships within teams.
By integrating psychoanalytic depth with high-performance strategy, I focus on developing the people and social processes that form the foundations of effective leadership, teams, and high-performing organizations. This work is informed by my clinical background, my experience working with high performers across industries, and my own background as a former elite athlete.
Rather than the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, this work focuses on leadership development, performance, interpersonal and organizational effectiveness, and the conditions that enable individuals and organizations to perform and develop sustainably.
